230.00610.00

Raisins are a dried, sweetened form of grapes. Raisins are made by first washing and drying the grapes, then packing them into boxes and sealing them with a wax or plastic coating. The raisins are then heated in large ovens to about 160 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 hours. The raisins are then cooled and packaged for sale. Raisins are used in many dishes including in salads, in recipes, or just as a snack.
